    现代广场由上海扬子江建设(集团)有限公司鼎力打造,坐落虹桥功能拓展区中心,南接虹桥开发区,北靠天山路商业区,东临遵义路惯技展览中心,区内办公楼及酒店林立。虹桥经济技术开发区位于上海中心城区西部,是最早建设的以涉外贸易为主要功能的国家开发区。区域内驻有多家外国领事馆、进驻之外资企业已达上千家,区域周边拥有1600多幢高级别墅,70%的驻沪领事,全市1/3的境外人士生活在虹桥周边地区涉外经贸、商务会展、咨询服务、文化休闲等现代化服务产业一应俱全。上海堪称Art eco建筑的圣地之一。  现代广场,共三栋建筑。我们考虑其特殊性及其与上海大环境的温和我们定位其为20世纪30年代Art Deco建筑风格。东西两座为米色洞石幕墙,顶部做玻璃造型装饰。北座低矮以圆形幕墙为主。东座甲级智能化办公楼、西座豪华商务酒店、北座多功能商务,满足办公、酒店、会务等多重需求,提供国际水平酒店管理。
